For the cleaning of the system, we use the Calcium-super strong color code descaling agent provided by ComStar International of the United States. It is characterized by whether the system can be cleaned according to the change of color, and the metal corrosion inhibitor is guaranteed. The metal of the system is not corroded and can effectively prevent the generation of rust after cleaning.

1) Discharge the original cooling water from the system and fill the system with clean water;

2) According to the actual situation of the site, according to the cleaning of the host, use 1:20 to 30 water, and the whole system is cleaned according to 1:30 to 40;

3) When the initial addition of Calcium is yellow, the drainage is yellow, and the product is continuously added to the drainage to become red;

4) Perform a 6-8 hour cycle on the system;

5) Rinse the system thoroughly with clean water to remove any residue.

When the system is refilled with clean water, we use the microbicide produced by ComStar International of the United States for water quality maintenance. Initially, we add 75ml to 315ml per ton of water to achieve a water quality of 75-315ppm. In the future, every 20-10 days, each time adding 20-100ml for feeding, can help control the accumulation of microorganisms and the formation of algae in the system.
